Welcome to The Preserve Bakery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund at our discretion.

Pickup We are a pickup-only bakery and do not offer shipping. Orders must be picked up at our location during business hours on your scheduled pickup day. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. We can hold unclaimed orders for up to 24 hours with notice.

Cancellations & Refunds Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup day. Cancellations made after that time are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for a refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Allergens Our products are made in a kitchen that may contain common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please contact us before ordering if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Accuracy of Information We do our best to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
